How We Invest

We have a hands-on approach to investment and can help to improve all parts of business, not just the financial aspect.

The budget range for our investments or cash injection is usually between £10,000 and £200,000 per investment, in exchange for Marches Business Group partly owning the investment partners business.

In addition to the financial investment potential we can offer, we have 85 skilled individuals across our workforce based at our main Head Office in Llandrindod Wells, operating across over 50 varied job roles, running 10 successful businesses with a combined annual turnover in excess of £11.5million.

We consider our resources to be one of our most valuable assets, enabling us to offer unique positions and opportunities to our existing team, providing opportunities for learning, development and progression across all parts of the group while also offering our resources and experience to help people and other businesses outside of the group.

  • We can offer business support in all financial forecasting.

  • We have developed a tried and tested template emphasising career development and learning, helping businesses improve employee structure and retention by encouraging progression.

  • Our team is experienced in implementing new strategies to encourage business growth.

  • Our team currently includes three full time product designers. Alongside a 3D printer and a variety of software packages these specialists are experts in the product design process and are on hand to help with a variety of projects.

  • Large warehouses and competitive courier rates mean we can help smaller businesses with storage, logistics and delivery services.

  • We have an in-house marketing team and have also built a network of external marketing agencies that can help with marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • We have a dedicated photography & videography team, with over 75 years’ collective experience working across a diverse range of industries.  Photography, and videography services are also available as a standalone service to businesses outside of our group via our newest portfolio company – Unit Five Digital.

  • Our in-house graphic design team complete a variety of tasks and projects in our Graphics & Digital Media building based at our Mid-Wales headquarters.

  • Our group is experienced in website development with our in-house team able to complete a range of projects from simple, information-only websites to bespoke ecommerce sites.

  • As well as owning our own manufacturing facilities in the UK and India we also have a network of other manufacturing and product sourcing facilities and contacts throughout the UK and worldwide.

  • We work with a network of business-to-business sales executives, as well and having our own dedicated internal and external sales teams.

  • We can offer advice and support with a range of day-to-day accounting activities.

  • We are experienced in setting up customer service and support teams, with team members across the group who are dedicated to servicing our customer’s needs.

  • We have a wealth of experience and can help with recruitment for a myriad of roles with varied responsibilities ranging from entry level positions, to senior leadership and directors.

  • We can provide solutions and support for a range of IT requirements.

  • Our quality control team can assist in ensuring manufacturing and product quality is of the highest standards and meets customer expectations in order to build, and maintain brand and business reputation.

  • We have project management specialists who are experienced in overseeing various critical business projects, and achieving the best results in line with business needs.
