Here at Marches Business Group, we do things a little differently, although we will still advertise vacancies we have a No-vacancy Required Recruitment Policy open within the group which means that just because we don’t have vacancies at the time, doesn’t mean we won’t give you a role.

Apprenticeships
Business Pathways Apprenticeship
The Marches Business Group group is proud to offer an intensive business apprenticeship that allows committed individuals to obtain an overall knowledge of what goes into running a successful group of businesses. Candidates will be enrolled on a Level 2 BTEC Diploma in Business Administration, as well as completing all of our in-house courses and gaining valuable experience of the work place through part time work across the group.
