Sales Executive

Purpose:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities and the cultivation of strong, long-term client relationships. You will be tasked with implementing effective sales strategies, achieving, or exceeding established sales targets, and working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, along with the delivery of exceptional service and support.
This position focuses on promoting and selling a diverse range of products within the joinery, home improvement and renovation sectors. In this role, your time on the road will be essential in understanding the market landscape and ensuring that our offerings align with client expectations and industry demands. You will serve as the representative of our Marches Ironmongery and From The Anvil brands, with the support of a highly skilled internal team, whose technical expertise and industry knowledge will be integral to your success.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to external sales by regularly visiting customers, showcasing products directly, and fostering relationships to stimulate sales growth.
Understand customer needs, address enquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales journey.
Implement and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to market needs and customer profiles, not only meeting, but surpassing sales targets.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to align efforts, enhance market-specific skills, and achieve the company's sales objectives.
Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and training sessions to bolster your skills and market-specific knowledge.
Package:
£30,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience).
