People Development Coach

Purpose:

As a People Development Coach, you will lead the charge in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development across our business group. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programmes, performance enhancement strategies, and professional development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business procedures and people dynamics, coupled with a passion for working with people and the ability to drive performance and engagement across diverse teams. This hands-on leadership position offers an exceptional opportunity to enhance your managerial skills and play a pivotal role in developing key operational areas within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the daily operations within each department of our business group.

  • Conduct training and implement new procedures aiming to maximise productivity, optimise process accuracy and efficiency in all areas of the business.

  • Mentor team members using the Career Development and Support structure and meetings to improve their skills and performance, aiming to develop those below you to be equal to or better than yourself.

  • Work closely with department managers to identify developmental needs and align training initiatives with business goals.

  • Manage HR duties, including coordination with the HR Manager on tasks and holiday scheduling.

Package:

  • £30,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience).
